When you are expecting visitors, you can expedite their entry by notifying the gatehouse in advance. You can do this either by phoning the gatehouse at 692-8104 or by filling out a Visitor Authorization form (available at the gatehouse) or by filling out the Visitor Authorization Form, and dropping it off at the gatehouse. The gatehouse should also be notified in advance when you are expecting service people, deliveries, or contractors.

Pre-authorization is especially important if you want to allow visitor/contractor access when you will not be at home. If a visitor/ contractor/ delivery has not been pre-authorized, the gatehouse will phone you for approval before admitting the person. If you cannot be contacted by phone, access will be denied.
