Voluntary Dispute Mediation: For disputes arising after July 1, 2013, members may request voluntary mediation with the KPOA in accordance with N.C.G.S. Section 7A-38.3(F) prior to filing a lawsuit for a dispute involving N.C.G.S. Chapter 47(F), the KPOA Declaration, Bylaws or Regulations.
